Long Lost List

Random Things for This Morning:

1) I ran 4 miles in 39 minutes and 35 seconds last night. Fastest run of over 5K to date. Rrrrroar.

2) Extreme heat is not conducive to productivity in the office.

3) Neither is more work for less pay with less support staff. Someone take notes.

4) House cats have it made. So do house dogs, for that matter.

5) Trigger needs new shoes.

Yes, I have horribly neglected the blog in the last few months. Facebook always seems to keep me busy during Internet-time. ;-). Getting ready for graduation on Thursday...
